Are you a tired Construction Superintendent building row homes and are looking for your next challenge building custom high-end luxury homes, then read on below.
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee field crews in the operations department
Establish construction schedules with Project Manager
Communicate with Vendors, subcontractors and clients
Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Timely & Effective communication with PM, Architects, and or stakeholder concerning all aspects of the project
What You Need for this Position
5+ years experience as Site Superintendent
Luxury Single Family / Multi-family Builds
Working knowledge of Ground-up Design Builds
Communication between all levels (subcontractors, vendors, PM & stakeholders)
OSHA 30 Certification
