Job Description : Stone Wild Quartz & Granite, located in Billings MT, is seeking a showroom salesperson & designer for quartz and granite countertops. Our salesperson/designer will assist clients with countertop design and product selection for new construction or remodeling projects. Clients will consist of homeowners, designers, builders, developers, and contractors.
Requirements for Sales Personnel / Designers:

Possess strong sales skills.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and vision.
Convert leads generated by management, web inquiries, and showroom traffic to active sales.
Provide clear and detailed quotes to clients in a timely fashion, communicating effectively through the process until the project has been installed and client is satisfied with final product.
Proficient in computer software usage – email, MS Office, Moraware (or other countertop sales programs).
Enforce and follow all established processes and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge as well as knowledge of competitors.
Maintain a safe, efficient, clean, organized showroom, ensuring all product samples are active.
Responsible for accurate count of remnant and sink inventory.
Coordinate with team to improve internal processes and the customer’s experience.
