Job Description : About the Role:
We are seeking a remote Production Coordinator to provide production and project management support to our growing in-house creative group. The role includes administrative and logistical support on larger projects, and more direct ownership of smaller projects. You’ll work with a team of talented creatives on projects that grow our brand as well as the brands of our Fortune 500 clients.
The successful candidate is extremely well organized, proactive and not afraid to tackle unfamiliar projects. You’re an organized thinker and excellent communicator … whether you’re sharing meeting notes, building a spreadsheet or outlining a project for a vendor. You sweat the details and can quickly pivot when needed. Most of all, you are excited about using your entrepreneurial spirit to build processes and systems that allow our team to turn abstract concepts into beautiful, IRL experiences.

What You’ll Do
Field inbound requests, strategize how to resource them and build them into an online calendar/task log system
Interface cross-departmentally to align on project objectives, deliverables, process, timeline and stakeholders
Work closely with external vendors (printers and fabricators) on estimating, timelines, print production, fabrication and installation
Take meeting notes and relay pertinent information to all stakeholders
Maintain Morley’s digital asset management system, as well as digital assets on a project basis
Manage small-scale projects
Develop and build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Data entry, organizing and sorting information in Word/Excel
Conduct online research to identify and price materials for client projects

Skills for Success:
Strong technical skills, including experience on both a Mac and PC, and with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, exhibiting a sense of urgency as needed
Exceptional customer service skills – over the phone, online and in person
Knowledge of print and fabrication materials and processes
Experience with media asset organization, databases, technical projects and search technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: assertive with strong follow-through and a knack for identifying and solving problems before anyone else notices them
Establish and enforce standards
Attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy; outcome-oriented
Eligibility Requirements
Nevada, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Texas, South Carolina or Georgia resident
Bachelor’s degree
Two or more years of production and project management experience, preferably in a creative/agency environment
