Position : Customer Account Specialist (M-F)

Job Description : Position is Monday – Friday hours are generally 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
(*This is not a retail or call center position and our facility is not open to the public.*)
About the Position: To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multi-task effectively, and organized. Candidates should be able to learn quickly and have a positive attitude.
General Duties
· Oversee customer accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
· Maintain customer accounts ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
· Ensure prompt follow through and thorough communication
· Work with various departments and team members in order to ensure customer’s orders and needs are fulfilled expeditiously

· Exemplary customer service skills
· Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
· Dependable and looking for a company to grow with
· Ability to prioritize appropriately and effectively
· Self-Starter / Motivated
· Microsoft Office Knowledge

Pay: Starting at $36,500 p/year – DOE
Job Type: Full-time
