Call potential customers that have inquired about our products and services to initiate first initial contact
Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customers needs when qualifying them
Demonstrate an aptitude for sales to increase customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
