Job Description : GENERAL SUMMARY:

We are Choice Payment Services, a FinTech Consumer Finance company, and we have need for a rock star Customer Service professional. This full-time, Las Vegas-based role has the critical responsibility of working with our customers directly.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
· Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
· Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
· Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
· Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated customers into happy customers
· Maintain polite and professional communication with all Choice Team Members, clients and customers
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High school diploma/GED required
· 1 -2 years working in a call center setting is required
· Fluent in both English and Spanish is highly desired
· Experience in lending and/or patient financing is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· A working knowledge of MS Office Suite
· Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
· Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
· Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with all levels of management
· Ability to establish credibility, be decisive and be able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
· Ability to work effectively within role independently and with other team members
