Position : Customer Service Representative
Job Description : The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all airline orders, distributor orders, and business requests in a manner that reflects quality customer service.

Order Entry of all purchase orders received; maintain responsibility throughout the course of all customer requests and update data as necessary
Respond to all incoming calls and emails for designated area in a timely manner
Quote price and delivery information according to established departmental policies
Interface with Planning, Production Control, Purchasing, Quality, Repairs, and Shipping/Receiving to expedite (as required) and deliver an “on-time, quality product to our customers
Correspond with customers with respect to receipt of order, prices, shipping information, clarification of requirements, repair quotes, and any other information as required
Refer any orders with credit issues to the Accounts Receivable Department
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
· A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred
· Ability to legally work in the United States
· To conform with US export regulations and ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772, incumbents for this role must be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government
· Two or more years of experience in an office environment. Sales Order Desk or marketing experience preferred
· Experience in parts distribution and/or overhaul and repair beneficial
· Successful completion of company-provided training
· Must be able to sit and perform stationary work for much of the shift, with the ability to bend and stoop for filing and factory floor visits to verify order status
· Must be able to work independently, accurately, and safely while exercising a degree of discretion and good judgment
· Must maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
· Effective oral and written communication skills; high degree of accuracy essential
· Professional demeanor; ability to interact with customers and associates with friendliness, diplomacy, and patience
· Good organizational skills
· High Computer Literacy; Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite and rapidly learn the ERP system and required applications
· Familiarity with AS9100 and FAA requirements desired, but will train
· Reliable, good attitude, desire to learn, motivated to succeed and grow
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is usually required to sit, with occasional visits to the factory floor to verify order status, which may require stooping or bending. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work setting consists of an office environment with suitable lighting, a moderate noise level, and comfortable temperatures. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving and/or high temperature mechanical equipment and parts when visiting the factory floor.
