Job description:
Open Access BPO is a well-established, industry-leading outsourcing organization. We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to assist patients with administrative tasks that are vital to their continued care. You will have a visible and important role in maintaining patient satisfaction and operational success, therefore interpersonal skills and oral communication skills are a must.

Full-time schedule, $15/hour

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls with exceptional friendliness and empathy
Schedule appointments, gather information, and triage situations. (i.e. verify insurance, review out-of-pocket costs, etc.)
Maintain operational integrity by following all policies and procedures
Suggest improvements that will benefit patients, clinicians, colleagues, and overall operations
Multi-task with all of the above

Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Work at Spring Valley location
Open Availability with possibility of shift change in the future

Qualifications:

Prior contact center experience with multi-screen set up preferred
Proficient use of a mouse, keyboard, dual monitors, and the navigation of multiple computer applications
Effective and professional communication skills while managing multiple software systems
Ability to multi-task, effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time
Health care experience is a plus

Education:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required
