Job Description : Customer Support Specialist
We have recently partnered with Daymond John, from ABC’s Shark Tank, helping entrepreneurs launch their businesses. At Reno based Inc. Authority (www.incauthority.com), we consult with, and help register, over 1000 new startups a week, across all fifty states. Our growing company is looking for a strong Client Support Specialist to support our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will vary to help the Sales Team reach higher revenue goals. Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment, while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities.
Benefits:
Up to $50,000 a year salary!
No weekends! Enjoy working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with weekends off!

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of six months to one year of related experience in providing customer support to various position levels
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within assigned time frames and with acceptable levels of accuracy
Must be a self-starter and work well with little or no supervision
Customer Service experience
Must have high attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Strong typing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM desired (not required)
