Job Description : Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities :Typing and taking dictation in shorthandWriting, transcribing and compiling office documentsTranscribing the typed materials accurately into common language( Marathi & ENGLISHKeeping careful records of files, documents and other official materialsMaintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairsMaintaining proper order of documents to be handed to officersArranging and presenting documents in a logical orderKeeping reference books, rules and ordinances up to dateKeeping track of the progress of cases until they are closedStenographers may also require a good understanding of grammar, spelling and punctuationtyping (English/ Hindi/Marathi) with experience preferredPrepare index and arranging filesMaintaining data in excelJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
