Job Description : Data Entry Specialist
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will require a very organized person who can handle a fast-paced environment with very tight deadlines.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Correspond with Sales Reps and Customers in a professional manner
Keying data using Business Central and Excel
Verify orders are accurate before processing
Process customer invoices
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data for the Warehouse Team
Organizing, filing and various administrative tasks

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to communicate in verbal and written form (phone, email and IM)
Possess strong PC skills
Be proficient in Data Entry
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Be proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Able to problem solve and deal with complex situations
Ability to accept change, adapt quickly and learn new processes
Possess strong organizational skills
Maintain confidentiality of information
High School Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Sitting for long periods of time
· Assist with keeping the office neat and clean daily
WORK SCHEDULE
Warehouse hours:

Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Occasional overtime may be required
