Job Description : Patient Care Coordinator
Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing the support and care to patients while focusing on driving revenue for the practice to reach our practices’ short- and long-term goals.
What we are seeking:

Warm and welcoming phone presence, ability to answer a high-volume amount of calls
Proficient in all aspects of dental office operations i.e.: collections, insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, and experience with Dentrix is highly preferred
Track, measure, evaluate, and report on progress toward achieving targets
Ability to multitask and work within a highly fast-paced and team-centric environment.
High level of commitment, continuously seeking opportunities for growth
