Job Description:

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
Job Overview

Execute and collaborate on the digital strategy set by our strategist and brand teams. Craft briefs with clients or internal stakeholders and build positive working relationships with them. Work with media, SEO, creative agencies, and brand managers to ensure projects specs are correct. Plan project schedules with all members of product team. Keep all parties updated on the delivery of digital campaigns. Highlight risks and issues early in the project life-cycle and develop creative mitigation strategies. Manage the finances of projects and ensure project administration and billing is kept up-to-date
Job Responsibilities

30% of Time
Excellent organizational skills: Be highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to a high standard while keeping all parties updated and ensuring project administration and billing is completed.
30% of Time
Facilitate conversations between creative teams, development teams, and clients. Have the ability to translate very technical terminology to non-digital stakeholders. Provide cost estimates and quotes
Identify and appoint the correct resources and brief them appropriately. Outsource work to third parties, as appropriate
10% of Time Collaboration:
Proactively problem-solve system, content and digital asset issues.
Work collaboratively with clients, global team members and maintain on-going communication. Need to get on calls and email clients/stakeholders whenever requiredUse JIRA to track Projects
20% of Time Be comfortable managing a range of different projects with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders. Be innovative in the production space. Leverage project management software to track project details
10% of Time Other:
Ensure that the training manual is updated according to changing guidelines.Update documentation as needed or whenever process changes happenWork on Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives focusing on increasing efficiencies and automation wherever needed. Seek opportunities to enhance processes and work flowsCommunicate improvement feedback to the other team members where appropriate. Establish best practice policies and provide regular updates.Participate in various training programs (soft skills, functional skills) rolled out by GIC India
Track and report metrics on a regular basis
Desired Profile

Education
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors

Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters

Preferred Major Area of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
Experience
Minimum years of related experience required: 5+ years agency project management or relevant experience in digital
Need understanding of HTML, CSS, Online Media Ad Units, Social Media Best Practices and the process of video creation
Preferred years of related experience: 4 (work experience with websites, digital asset management, or systems administration)
