Overview
The Director of Recruiting is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, enhancing TMG’s visibility and reputation in key recruiting markets and helping position the company as an employer of choice among target candidates. This position will provide leadership, support and vision to the organization and coordinate company-wide recruiting and talent acquisition activities that are in line with the company’s strategic direction and core values.
Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities:
· Recruit for positions across departments for the entire organization as well as build continuous pipeline & network for top talent.
· Institute best practices in recruiting, networking, and referral generation company wide.
· Design and implement innovative sourcing and selection strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization.
· Build effective relationships with outside entities and cross functional partners to ensure alignment of the recruitment process in driving the talent acquisition process forward.
· Develop and direct branding strategies to increase awareness of TMG as an exceptional place to work to attract talented individuals and broaden reach for hiring great talent.
· Lead a strategically focused recruiting team that works effectively, creatively, and collaboratively with individuals and teams throughout the organization in a timely manner and with a focus on quickly filling all open positions.
· Oversee and direct the development of the Recruiting department.
· Oversee the selection external search partners and relocation vendor relationships.
· Prepare and manage the recruitment budget.
· Manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs.
· Compile reports for openings, hires, and post hire summaries for hiring managers when appropriate.

· Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.
Qualifications:
· Preferred bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3-5 years management responsibility for recruiting/staffing programs; transportation experience strongly preferred.
· Past success in building and leading high performing talent acquisition teams.
· Success in elevating an organization as an employer of choice within their industry.
· A preference for and ability to thrive in dynamic and fast paced, high growth environments.
· Proven ability to build and implement successful fresh, creative approaches to talent acquisition.
· Proven track record managing senior leader relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
· Track record of successful recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill jobs. (Use of advanced sourcing techniques, networks, 2.0 methodologies, cold calling, employee referral programs).
· Ability to develop and execute high performance, low maintenance recruitment processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High level of initiative with a positive, “can do,” attitude.
· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
· Open to feedback and willing to strive to improve own performance based on feedback.
· Must have proven advanced skills utilizing Microsoft Office products: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Microsoft Teams/Adobe Acrobat/Audio and Visual equipment and software to include but not limited to WonderShare/Speechelo, SnagIt/etc.
· Experience in onboarding of new hires to include, but not limited to designing, implementation and presentation of Orientation material outlining TMG’s Vision, Mission, Core Values and Policies and Procedures.
Physical Requirements:
· The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
· The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
· Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
· Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours, with frequent interruptions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
· This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
