Job Description : Must Have:

Must have 1-2 years of IT experience (supporting at least 40+ users in a work environment)
Experience with MS Suite, Active Directory, and windows
Highly motivated, passionate, and caring (really looking for someone with high quality traits)
Must be local to the reno area

Day to Day:
Responsibilities include:

Provide support to 60 end users
Will be working with a variety applications (MS Office, DHI Sales, Lotus Notes, AS-400, etc.)
Able to work overtime
Travel overnight
Repair & maintain computer equipment
Some lifting (computer equipment)
Will tear down computer equipment and putting together computer equipment
Will be working out of the office once a week
Will be working with executives to help solve IT issues

Job Summary:
“One of Insight Global’s home builder clients is looking for a Division IT Support to sit in their Reno location. This person will need to provide computer (hardware and software), printer, copier, and phone support for the division. They also need to be highly motivated and a team player!”
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
