Job Description : Event Service company seeks responsible person to coordinate the setup and delivery of equipment for Trade Shows, Conventions, Corporate Parties & Oxygen Bar Events. We’re a 24-year old Las Vegas-based event services company with a large client base. This is an AS-NEEDED position.
MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CONVENTION CENTERS AND EXPERIENCED IN DELIVERING OR SETTING UP CONVENTIONS.
Position Description:
The Convention Delivery & Setup Manager handles operations for the delivery of The Body Connection, Oxygen Connection & Vegas Oxygen Bar services at Convention and Event sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversite of Convention/Event Contract Deliverables
· Deliver and setup Oxygen Bars for events
· Deliver and setup Convention Booth Equipment for trade shows
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate with the on-site manager for equipment needs for the event setup
· Maintain accurate inventory
· Perform easy assembly & equipment testing of oxygen bar equipment
· QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
· Clean NV driving record – 3 year print out will be pulled upon consideration
· Valid Nevada Driver’s License
· GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
· Deadline-oriented
· Fluent in English
· Flexible Schedule. May include days, nights, weekends and holiday
· Well groomed and personal
· Ability to lift, roll and carry 60 lbs
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Reliable & Punctual
·
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
