Position : Event Staff
Job Description : Eye Level Media (ELM) is the leading provider of cell phone charging and storage locker solutions to music festivals, sporting events, outdoor venues and conferences nationwide. We are seeking Core Event Staff to assist with on-site logistical support for multiple, large-scale festivals. This position will bring you to the best events in the live entertainment industry.
ELM is immediately seeking reliable workers on behalf of its clients throughout North America. These temporary assignments could lead to permanent placement for trustworthy candidates who work hard and have a good attitude.
Responsibilities of crew event staff may include:
– Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including lockers and charging stations.
– Proper Installation of locker units and adhere to fire code regulations.
– Operating cash registers on event days and checking in patrons.
– Working under the instructions of an Event Manager.
– Ensuring the locker stations is clean and organized.
– Adhering to event safety standards.
– Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
– Undertaking security duties.
– Dispensing useful information to event-goers.
– Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.
– Packing up equipment when the event is completed.
Qualifications
– 2+ years of Management experience in the live entertainment industry, it can be music, tradeshows or in sports entertainment.
– Able to work on a deadline in an ever changing, fast environment.
– Ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems.
– Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Good organizational skills. Able to accept both negative feedback and positive reinforcement and act appropriately to use as a tool for service and performance improvement.
– Must be able to transport and operate a 26FT box truck

COVID-19 considerations:All event staff and patrons are required to have COVID 19 vaccinations and or negative test 24 hours prior to the event. The venue provides testing for all staff.

Las Vegas, NV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
