We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Someone who is able to assist the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations and/or travel arrangements, working alongside the company’s ExecutiveOfficer and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
We are a Real Estate Education Company that has a Turnkey Real Estate component to it. (We are NOT a Real Estate brokerage nor do we have real estate agents).Knowledge of real estate is helpful but not required but if you’re looking to become a real estate agent, this job is NOT for you. We are a small but very powerful company, teaching people how to do real estate investing and/or doing real estate for clients. We t each, coach, mastermind and execute real estate for individuals wanting to create financial freedom in their lives.
We need someone who is professional, polite, and attentive while also paying attention to detail and being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, this individual should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others to get important tasked accomplished and in a professional manner.
If you’re someone who really loves to accomplish a lot, likes to help the person in charge by taking-on various diverse tasks and likes to watch other people grow – all while having a ton of fun during the process, this might be a great fit. While this job is flexible, it can also be very demanding at times.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Executive Officer’s Calendar
Ability to plan and execute successful events, meetings.
Scheduling – Keeping Company Officer on track with my own personal and business schedule.
Manage the Real Estate Coaches Schedule
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Make travel arrangements for company executives, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Overseeing Officer’s email inbox – Making sure I’m on top of the important items
Trips to local Mailbox (3 times a week) to check
Organize and delegate mail
Bi-weekly bank runs to deposit checks
Manage and Update company’s marketing materials and education books
Other task completion and follow-up as needed
Handle office tasks, such as filing, setting up for office meetings to include food, and ordering supplies.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure the seamless and positive experience for the customer.
Position must-haves:
Preferably someone local to the Las Vegas area.
Prior experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Proactive, creative, problem solver
Someone who is insanely organized and detail-oriented, who loves being “behind t he scenes” taking care of all of those pesky (but important) details that others miss.
Incredibly proactive. I need someone who thinks of what needs to get done to improve processes, and then just gets them done with little or no supervision or direction. Must anticipate what needs to be done next!
Customer service oriented. Think of ways to continually improve the care of our students. Ability to communicate professionally and promptly with students.
Someone who never says “It can’t be done.” Instead, I’m looking for someone who constantly thinks of new ways it CAN be done!
T he ability to do constantly varying degrees of tasks depending on the job needing to be done at the time. Must be able to tackle specific tasks in a timely manner, while keeping up with ongoing projects.
The ability to handle many different assignments at once. Some duties are recurring and will stay the same each and every month, while other assignments will always vary, depending on upcoming events, coaching student needs, etc.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for office team as well as client
Ability to work a somewhat set schedule, but able to flex as needed.
Ability to travel if needed (max 3-4 days at a time a couple of times a year)
Sense of humor, doesn’t take life too seriously, likes to have fun, but also rolls up sleeves and gets stuff done.
Approximate hours are 30-35 hours per week. This may go up significantly on weeks where we have events and as the company grows. Competitive hourly rates with opportunity to make bonuses.
