Job Description : We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide personalized, administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to a high-net worth individual located in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for someone who can also handle a very heavy travel schedule with lots of VIP arrangements. This right candidate will be available 24/7 at times. This is a position for someone with VERY thick skin and willing to travel more than 60% of the time.
Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the Client and internal/external friends, family, clients
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
Make extremely heavy travel arrangements

Skills

Proven work experience as a personal or executive assistant to High Net worth individual or celebrity
Live in Las Vegas, NV
Willing to travel up to 60% of the year
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Knowledgeable with Apple Products (ie iMacs, MacBooks and iPhones)
Discretion and confidentiality is of the utmost importance
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
