Only one of the coolest jobs ever. Work directly with Brand Managers to create live, experiential brand activations that connect audiences and deliver on marketing objectives. Begin with exploring the goals and intentions of the event, ideate varying ways to achieve these goals, and present these ideas to the client teams with visuals, enthusiasm, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
· Meet with clients to gain clarity of their objectives and goals
· Collaborate with other designers to bring about great ideas
· Produce take-off sketches to share and secure creative buy in from the client
· Generate powerful presentations decks to communicate the solution
· Design solutions that meet both the marketing objectives and the budget parameters
· Suggest materials, lighting, and building techniques that enhance the spaces
Required qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of working experience in trade show and exhibit design
· Mastery of 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite
· Basic knowledge of trade show building techniques
· Comprehension of how to design solutions impact cost on the trade show floor
· Ability to lead creative meetings, from initial discovery through project completion

· Junior Level Designers (3-5 years experience) 50K-65K
· Senior Level Designers (5+ years of experience and achievement) 70K+
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
