Job Description : Requirements

Greet Clients with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide 5 Star service to each customer.
Employees should hold workable knowledge of current fashions, trends, and styles. Other responsibilities include controlling inventory, strategically merchandising via product placement, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Uphold and adhere to Business Professional dress code
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Client needs and desires.
Anticipate and fulfill Client’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
Maintain and share product knowledge and latest fashion trends
Remain consistent on personal sales, as well as looking for opportunities to build sales through suggestive selling
Achieve personal sales-per-hour goal and credit goals
Help Guests try on or fit merchandise.
Meet or exceed sales goals through successful clientele utilizing C@D to book appointments with clients
Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
Consistently maintain high standards, whether the Manager is present.
Perform merchandising tasks, such as handling freight, re-merchandising, preparing displays, completing price markdowns, and transfers.

Visual Merchandise Management

Present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales
Stay current on product range.
Ensure sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

12 hour shift

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
