Synergy is an In Home Respiratory provider, servicing patients in California and Nevada since 2004. We are focused on delivering the highest level of patient care and service to the doctors and hospitals we work with.

As a Field Specialist at Synergy, you will be delivering, setting up and educating elderly patients on the use of their respiratory equipment in their homes. This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced, independent, and mobile environment. The right candidate should be dependable, accountable and share our compassion for providing excellent patient care.

What will you do in this role?

Perform respiratory equipment set-ups for our elderly patients in their home
Educate the patient and their family/caregivers on how their equipment works
Assist patients with troubleshooting inquiries and handle walk-in patient orders & requests
Monitor inventory levels, create purchase orders, and reconcile delivery products.
Call patients to follow-up after their initial set-up

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Clean Driving Record (zero points)
Available to take on-call rotations
