Job Summary
The position is responsible for performing and/or coordinating financial analysis; financial reporting; and budgeting and forecasting for the consolidated entity
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting

Consolidation of monthly financial results
Prepare and distribute various financial packages
Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports as needed. Prepare financial reports, charts, tables, and other exhibits as requested.

Planning and Forecasting

Coordinate and consolidate quarterly financial forecasts.
Coordinate the annual planning process.
Consolidate periodic cash flow forecasts.

Financial Analysis

Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the Company’s performance against historical, plan, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Track expenses vs. plan and forecast and analyze fluctuations
Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management in order to drive business results.

Other

Coordinate data gathering for annual liability insurance coverage and analyze associated insurance costs
Coordinate data gathering for annual income tax filings

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 2 years public accounting or financial analysis and reporting experience
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
CPA preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
