Job Description : General Summary of Job Duties
Manages all food and beverage outlets on property, with responsibilities including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and rewarding, assigning, and directing work, and terminating team members. Must be able to communicate well in all conditions, and respond in a positive manner to guest or team member issues, ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience.
Essential Job Function and Duties
Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Employees, and Vendors.
Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Other Requirements
At least five years food and beverage management experience with preference in running a multi-unit operation, to include both front and back of the house operations.
Proven ability in writing documentation, procedures, and training employees to use new tools.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks. Ability to compile, compute, and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.
Ability to negotiate with diverse departments.
Literate and fluent in English.
Required Work Cards
Registration with Gaming Control Board.
