Join The Heights of Summerlin family as a receptionist where you will play an extremely important role in the representation of the facility! You are often the first person that a customer, candidate or client interacts with and can enhance the facility brand through a positive experience. Your duties as a receptionist will include but not be limited to the following:
Answers all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirects them appropriately.Kindly welcomes, greets, screens and directs patients, visitors, and guests.Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail.Maintains current lists of patients by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.Orders supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
