Job Description : UCP is a construction labor company, with major clients in both residential and commercial construction. Our pay range is from $14-$20 an hour depending on your experience. A construction background is preferred but not required, we are willing to train motivated people who are looking for a new opportunity. No vaccine required and weekly pay. Many of our employees start with short-term assignments that lead to long term careers.
