The Greeter is the initial point of contact for our Clients as they begin their special experience with our store team. You will engage in welcoming the Client, discovering their desires, and setting the tone for their in-store experience. Profil
To be successful in this role you must enjoy building genuine relationships while discovering Clients’ needs and desires. You will make sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, collaborating with the Client Experience team to create a seamless experience.
The Greeter will:
Advise Clients of the various resources and services available to them at the Maison
Possess a detailed understanding of all products and services and convey this information in a professional, enthusiastic, and personal manner
Maintain a daily calendar of appointments and ongoing events in store
