Position : Guest Services/Cage Supervisor
Job Description : Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. Mission Statement and F.A.S.T. Track Values Statement.
Follow all functions as stated in the job description for Guest Services Representative.
Monitor all Guest Service activity for adherence to departmental service standards.
Prepare staff evaluations; coach and counsel as needed for employee improvement and employee rewards.
Monitor/keep tract of computer errors for the Guest Services Representatives.
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for scheduling, performance evaluations, payroll, hiring, tracking attendance and disciplinary actions.
Serve as a liaison with other departments within the Casino.
Determine and maintain the cash flow, create and maintain all cage forms, check overrides when needed, and resolve any customer disputes.
Ensure Guest Services personnel follow and understand internal procedures including check cashing as well as ICMP procedures and all gaming regulations and accounting practices.
Facilitate and assist in the training and development of the Guest Services staff.
Hand out discrepancy notices to Guest Services Representatives or Leads
Assist marketing management with program implementation, program development and internal communication.
· Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
· Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
· Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Employees, and Vendors.
· Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
· Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
· Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education and Other Requirements
Must be fluent in English and have strong communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and documents.
Must have knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use 10-key calculator
Must be knowledgeable of Nevada Gaming rules and regulations.
Education or Formal Training:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience.
Experience:
Previous Casino cage experience and cash handling is preferred.
2 years supervisor/managerial experience.

Two-way radio, Computer keyboard and printer, Calculator, Mobile carts, Currency counters, Document scanners, Players card printer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,476.00 – $57,988.00 per year
