Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist. If you are passionate about your work; eager to have fun; and motivated to be part of a fast-growing national organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada, then consider joining our team!
This role will support the market by assisting with chart upload from various EMR systems & Box for Comprehensive Visit review, Flip the flag (in Excelerate) for all In Home vendor visits, and create weekly CV inventive check trackers for monthly CV incentive check requests and assist with other projects as needed.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable with multiple program platforms (Box, Excelerate, multiple EMR’s)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel skills required)
Experience in health care insurance or health care industry recommended.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, and forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with external audiences.
Attention to detail is critical to the success of this position, with demonstrated competency in customer orientation and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing required.

Essential Functions:

Insure effective and efficient reconciliation processes for work assignments.
Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners at various levels of the organization.
Aptitude for quickly troubleshooting and identifying the cause of questionable results within extracts and reports.
Possesses clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
Maintains confidentiality, information security and ethical behavior when handling all company and medical record information.
Ability to adapt to change and respond to difficult and challenging situations in a professional manner.
