Gentell is seeking an experienced, highly-motived sales account manager to sell products to hospice accounts. The ideal candidate has experience selling in the hospice field and is well-versed in DME/HME or advanced wound care products. Why join our team? Responsibilities
Achieve assigned revenue and objective based goals.
Prospect new hospice leads and reach out to educate and sell them on Gentell’s wound care product solutions.
Develop relationships with the decision makers within the hospice field and potential client companies.
Effectively communicate the Wound & Skin Care value proposition to hospice organizations.
Develop innovative and mutually beneficial customer solutions synthesizing relevant strategies and business opportunities.
Make product recommendations that best serve the client’s needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory.
Helpful, knowledgeable, and polite while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintains confidentiality and practices discretion and caution when handling sensitive information.
Proficient at multi-tasking along with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and organized, with demonstrated time-management and deductive problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Maintain a solid understanding of hospice payment models to include value-based purchasing and bundled payments.
Experience
Knowledge of Advanced Wound Care Disposable Medical Supplies, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), or Home Medical Equipment (HME).
At least 3 years’ experience in Hospice, Home Health, and/or Long-Term Care marketing and sales. Hospice sales experience preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and medical orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
