Duties and Responsibilities

Greets and seats customers in a courteous and timely manner as they enter the restaurant and/or communicates delays in seating.
Accommodates special needs of customers and communicate needs to appropriate staff.
Assists dining room staff as needed.
In a professional manner, answers telephone and take reservations.
Transfers telephone calls and/or write proper and complete messages.
Communicates customer and/or employee difficulties to management.
Applies knowledge of full menu and other restaurant information such as address and phone numbers of all locations, names of all managers at all locations, hours, table numbers and types of payment.
Completes opening and closing duties in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintains a regular and predictable attendance record as required.
Adheres to all restaurant policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
Maintains a clean and neat appearance in the proper uniform at all times.
Reports any problems or discrepancies to management immediately.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Two to three years of experience as a professional Host, Receptionist or similar field.
Southern Nevada Health card.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
