Job Description : Cross Country Education is looking for top talent to join our team! Cross Country Education is educator-led, student-driven and solutions-oriented. Work from home: Qualified candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm PST or Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm PST.

Pay rate: $18.50/hr.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as the point of contact for new hires current employees regarding compliance processes
Ensure applicants are providing all required compliance documentation in a timely manner
Review initial and ongoing LiveScan results
Ensure all permits, credentials and licenses are clear of issues and legally compliant during hiring process
Track and follow-up prior to expiration of permits, credentials and licenses to ensure ongoing compliance
Prepare and accurately maintain a variety of reports
Update HRS (Human Resource System) compliance records for new and current employees
Update changes to personal information; such as address, phone, email
Identify problems or issues of concern in the hiring of employees
Propose changes in procedures and identify problem areas
Perform related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of HR, onboarding or Credentialing administration in high volume environment required
Two years of responsible administrative experience required
Ability to type at least 50 net words per minute
Knowledge and ability to work with word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple priorities and projects
Must be able to use office equipment
Must have ability to multitask

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
