Job Description : Destinations by Design is a premier provider of event and destination management services in Las Vegas. We are recognized as a leader in designing and creating awe-inspiring experiences for our clients and their guests.
Position Overview:
The HR Admin is to provide administrative support to the HR function as needed (i.e., correspondence generation, recordkeeping, file maintenance, new hire paperwork, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling various administrative and HR tasks in a timely manner. Primary functions of this position would be payroll data entry and processing.
Duties:

Verify ADP timekeeping records
Enter time records and/or time changes into timekeeping system
Research and correct payroll inaccuracies
Assist with payroll questions and discrepancies as needed
Process new hire paperwork
Set up new hires on time system and provide initial training
Assist with posting new positions, resume screening and scheduling interviews for hiring managers as needed
Maintain HR personnel files
Work with casino contacts to maintain and renew vendor badges as needed

Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience processing payroll
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of payroll best practices, along with knowledge of federal and state regulations
Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills along with being able to multi—task and prioritize daily activities

Qualifications Desired:

College degree preferred
HR experience preferred
A working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and/or NetSuite is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
