Job Description : INTAKE DEPARTMENT MANAGER AND ATTORNEY JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY
A well-established, award-winning Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Disability Law Firm with 50+ employees and headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada has an open position for an Intake Department Manager and Attorney. The firm has multiple locations throughout the State of Nevada but markets services across the Western United States.
This individual will manage the firm’s Intake Division and collaborate with various teams within the firm to develop and implement various strategies. The position reports to the firm’s partners.
In addition to management responsibilities, this person is tasked with implementing intake strategies to address leads 24/7 and meeting directly with potential clients both in person and via Zoom to answer legal questions, overcome objections, or explain the firm’s competitive advantages. Following retention, this individual will play a role in creating an initial strategic plan for the client as the matter is transferred to our Claims Department. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the quality of the client’s experience with the during his/her initial interactions, meeting, and intake.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated extrovert who enjoys a fast-paced environment and recognizes the importance of handling legal claims the proper way from the start so as to protect our clients’ rights and maximize their recoveries.
QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES
Minimum of 5 years of Personal Injury experience.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Friendly and warm demeanor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the firm’s Intake Division
Create and refine the Firm’s intake protocols
Create and implement protocols that consider the client experience with our firm
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant services, including physicians, medical providers and other lawyers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
