Position : Intake Supervisor
Job Description : Summary of Position:This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. During introductory period, ability to work occasional weekends and or swing shift will be critical to the success of this role. The Intake Supervisor will supervise a staff of 5-15 employees and should be comfortable completing evaluations and working closely with staff to monitor and ensure goals are met. The ideal candidate for this role will have an encouraging demeanor and be able to motivate team members.Job Duties:
Ensure intake department is well-staffed; with the aid of human resources and operations, this position will hire, terminate, discipline, and train staff.
Directly responsible for managing the intake department work schedules; ensure QMI is meeting contractual obligations with the necessary staff
Maintain a high level of professionalism to clients, staff, and QMI leadership
Following QMI?s high standard of care, ensure customer service of intake department is exceptional
Responsible for the oversight of dispatched exams to ensure procedures are appropriately prioritized
Work closely with radiologists; build a relationship of trust and understanding in working toward a common goal
Ensure orders are compliant with Medicare/Medicaid standards to ensure timely payment
Work with Director of Operations to provide oversight and direction to technical staff
Competently trouble-shoot various problems by critical thinking with reason and logic
