Position : Invoicing and Payroll Clerk

Job Description : Our company is looking for an Invoicing and Payroll Clerk. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, office environment in southwest Las Vegas.

Duties: data entry, scanning, invoicing tasks, tracking/ following up unpaid invoices, payroll entry, emails, organize and maintain files, and answer phones in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: 1+ year experience Invoicing, Data Entry, 10 key, Outlook and Microsoft Programs, math skills (percentages, fractions, military time). Must be organized, excellent attention to detail. Experience in Transportation Industry preferred. Experience with Distinctive Systems / Coach Manager highly desirable. Ability to speak/ read/ write/ speak English. Good communication skills.
