Position : IT Support Specialist

Job Description : Provide support in-person, via remote, phone, and chat.
User Software Support (Adobe Document Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10 Pro).
Hardware Support (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Faxes, etc.).
Maintain equipment through repair or replacement.
Basic network management (switches, routers, etc).
Coordinate with vendors for advanced support (ISP, Network Ops, Phones).
Maintain and monitor virus and malware systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
