Position : IT Support Specialist

Job Description : Responsibilities:

Primarily working from home.
Support users remotely and on customer premise.
Respond to Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
Provide technical assistance over the phone and Internet; respond in person to problems that require hands-on attention for problem resolution.
Works proactively to ensure network and system security requirements are in place and supported with all initiatives.
Manages the physical infrastructure at customer locations; must have a working knowledge of how to install and configure PCs and Laptops with the ability to make necessary patch panel changes.
Document system changes and procedures.
Executes implementation of system monitoring tools.
Provides support to troubleshoot day-to-day system or related application issues.
Document all work including start times, stop times, mileage, and description of work completed.
Work with our team for escalation of complex issues.

Additional Requirements:

Preferred 2-5 years of experience.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
At least one certifications in Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, and/or other related technologies.
A quiet home office with Broadband Internet access.
Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and certificate of insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
