Job Description : Shumway Van is a commercial litigation firm with offices in Las Vegas, Utah, and Texas, looking to add a full-time or part-time law clerk to its close-knit Las Vegas team. We are happy to accommodate class schedules and are looking for candidates with an interest in contract and real estate disputes, construction law, statutory lien law, transactional work and estate planning, and probate law.
We do offer opportunities for clerks to transition to associates upon graduation and bar passage, and are looking for someone with a great attitude, demonstrated written advocacy skills, and a willingness to learn to join our team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
