Position: Law Firm Runner
Job Description: The runner is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm. This position is perfect for a college student who is looking to gain more experience in an office and/or legal setting. The runners also act as couriers and cover everything from copy projects to delivering and picking up documents in the Reno area. The law firm runner will also be responsible for covering the receptionist during breaks and vacation periods. If you are not comfortable answering a multi-line phone system for a large office, please do not apply.
Essential Duties:
· Prepare the office for both opening and closing;
· Stock all kitchens and copy rooms;
· Assist with various copy/scan projects;
· Deliver and pick-up documents to clients and various businesses and court houses;
· Cover for the receptionist during breaks and lunch hours;
· Maintain inventory of the firm’s office supplies;
· Process mail.

High School Diploma (required)
This is a part-time position.
