Position : Law Office Receptionist
Job Description : Estate planning, business and tax law firm seeking a professional receptionist/executive assistant. The successful candidate must present well, be extremely organized, be dependable, be willing to learn, have experience with computers, office equipment (including copy machine), offer great customer service, a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
Education: High school diploma
Experience: Dependent on competency, 1+ years of office experience preferred; able candidates are encouraged to apply.

Expert computer skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
Superb written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detail orientated.
Work well in a team setting
Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Excellent people skills in dealing with company/client relationships, including sophisticated and high net worth clients
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent attention to detail
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, address client needs, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
Retrieves messages from voicemail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Updates appointment calendars for various personnel.
Receives, sorts, and routes mail.
Takes payments for services.
Maintains office supplies, and restocks refreshments as needed.
Performs various office duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, and saving documents and emails.
Attention to additional assigned special projects designated by the team.
Run errands outside of office, drop off packages, pick up lunch, ect.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
