Position : Lead Security Ambassador

Job Description : Lead Property Ambassador
It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Property Ambassador (Security Ambassador) to serve as the liaison between an officer and supervisor and train staff how to effectively provide security and protection for guests, team members and the property on assigned shift in accordance with departmental standards.

At least 1 year previous experience in security, law enforcement or military.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high paced and stressful environment.
Ability to access all areas of the facility, withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying items.
Ability to deal effectively with guests, management, team members and outside contacts.
Ability to work under pressure, maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude.
Ability to follow directions, excellent organizational skills.
Working knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
Function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines.
Handle a fast-paced frequently hanging environment.
Work in a busy and noisy casino environment with constant dirt, dust, smoke and fumes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to investigate incidents, interview witnesses, and draft legible, factual reports.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
