Job Description : Ouf office is looking to recruit a new addition to the Cofer & Geller law firm. Currently we have an entry level part-time position available which would be responsible for the basic front desk duties. The following is a short list of the responsibilities this position would entail, as well as the qualifications it requires:
Responsibilities

Handle communication with clients by answering phones, taking payments, and bringing them back to the office for consultations.
Compile files for new cases and maintain them updated with copies of all filed documents, discovery, and corresponding records.
Handling files by preparing them for the upcoming week and refiling those that have been used.
Scanning new documents received, as well as scanning and emailing the daily mail.
Send emails to the firm regarding new phone calls and client communicatinos.
Maintain and update the firm’s calendar.

Required qualifications

Computer literacy
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Excellent writing skills
Secretarial and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills in order to provide clients with care and attentiveness
GED or high school diploma

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Las Vegas, NV 89101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
