Position : Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Job Description : Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant needed for prominent Insurance Defense Firm in Northwest Las Vegas. Minimum of five years prior litigation and insurance defense experience required. Experience in all State of Nevada courts, Federal court, and arbitrations. Heavy calendaring and an understanding of local rules for federal and separate judicial districts.

Ability to do productions, written discovery, subpoenas, and knowledge of civil procedure and local rules that apply. Record retrieval and production. Generous benefit package available after 60 days. Position is working in the office, not remote.

Hours M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm.
