Our Live-in Housekeeper will be responsible for providing a clean and pleasant environment to our guests at our Montana Ranch Location.About Erik’s Ranch & Retreats: Founded in 2008, Erik’s Ranch & Retreats, a 501 c (3) not-for-profit organization, is an innovative living, working and social environment for young adults with autism at its two destination locations: Erik’s Retreat in Edina, Minn., and Erik’s Ranch, in Paradise Valley, Mont. Not only are both locations home to young adults with autism, but what sets Erik’s Ranch & Retreats apart is that these young adults operate the boutique-style/guest ranch accommodations at its two destination locations.Watch us on Netflix! The World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals – Season 2: Give Back GetawaysSummary of ResponsibilitiesThe Housekeeper will be responsible for the following:Provide a high-standard of detailed cleaning for multiple guest ranch houses ranging from 1-bedroom guest houses to a 5-bedroom Lodge.Work within the schedule for guest departures and check-ins.Complete all laundry on a timely basis. Follow best practices.Maintain well-organized, stocked, and clean housekeeping closets at all guest houses.Identify and provide needed supplies to purchase.Identify and report any maintenance items to the ranch manager.Manage dry cleaning items.Be able to lift heavy laundry bags.Manage left behind guest items.Provide other services as needed to include: guest check-ins/care, reservations, member tours, limited grounds care, general errands, light maintenance/maintenance assistance, and vendor management.Assist in behavioral strategies that will help members in achieving life-plan goals.Assist members with their Montana Ranch job responsibilities relating to housekeeping.Required Skills and Personal AttributesExcellent communication skills with individuals at all levels.Pleasant and helpful demeanor with guests.Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.Ability to use computer applications/reservation system.Must be interested in working with adults who have severely challenging behaviors and developmental disabilities.Benefits: * Paid housing and utilitiesStipend for health insuranceJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offProfessional development assistanceSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
