Job Description : Who we are:
At Cash Factory USA our mission is to provide innovative financial products and high-quality service to consumers seeking loan products. Our Company was founded in 2012 and we have originated over 300,000 loans to consumers throughout the US. We have a positive and high-energy call center environment.
What we are looking for:
We are growing and looking for the right people to grow with us! We are looking for new account and returning customer loan originators / processors. Consumers come to the Cash Factory, or our partner’s websites, and need a loan. You are the customer’s first contact with the Company, and you assist them in getting their loan. You are not cold-calling prospects or engaging in high-pressure sales; all the loans you process are coming from applications already completed by customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary and compensation: Your base pay will be $15.00 per hour. You earn commissions with no cap on what you earn. Our average sales person earns over $20 an hour and our top people earn nearly $30 per hour. During your training period we will pay you $15 per hour. After that, you will move to a largely commission-based environment that pays a base salary plus a commission for any loan you originate.
We offer employees in their first year 19 paid days off !! Yes, that is correct!! 10 holidays, 4 wellness days (to be taken quarterly) , and 5 Nevada paid leave days (a certain portion of which accrue monthly). After your first anniversary you are eligible for 5 additional days of PTO, which accrues monthly.
We also offer bonuses if you stay with the Company: $250 if you are an employee in good standing at 90 days. And additional $250 if you are an employee in good standing at 180 days. And, and additional $400 if you are an employee in good standing on your one year anniversary. We want employees who are committed to us and our customers. We are not seeking short-term employees. If you are committed you will be rewarded.
We also offer an attractive benefits package to all our full-time employees, including medical, dental and vision.
Qualifications:
· You must be a self-driven individual that takes pride in being successful. A positive attitude is a must.
· You will be paid to produce and originate new and returning customer loans. Therefore, you should be comfortable in a commission and results-oriented environment
· Must be fluent in English.
· We are seeking a limited number of people to work weekends as well. Please indicate whether you can work on the weekends (generally 6am to 2pm)
· High School Diploma or GED
· Computer Literacy. We use chat and email to work with customers, so you need to be comfortable in a computer-driven environment.
· The ability to write emails and operate chat sessions are also required. So, excellent verbal and written skills required
· We prefer at least 1 year of call center experience. Again, we are looking for people that want to take the next step. We don’t want people that need a short-term assignment.
· Ability to assess customer needs, and appropriately resolve issues with problem-solving skills
· Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and reference checks prior to employment
