Job Description : Trellis Paradise will be opening the doors soon to their brand new facility SOON and is seeking a Maintenance Director!

Job Description:
Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service and coverage.
Perform all employment actions and decisions for the maintenance Department.
Inspect all work in progress completed by staff or outside contractors and maintains checklists.
Inspect and evaluate physical condition of all areas of the building, coordinating with the Maintenance Department for any needed repairs.
Train staff and conduct in-services for staff.
Maintain strict inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain all files and records consistent with the adequate functioning of the department.
Performs regular inspections of resident areas and rooms for safety and proper performance of assigned duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
