Job Description : Manager of Compliance (Cannabis exp. is a plus)
A rapidly growing TriSource client in the Cannabis industry is looking for a Compliance Manager in Las Vegas. Almost fully remote!
Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with federal and Nevada rules, regulations, and legal standards
Enforce regulations, provide guidance on compliance
Update and maintain policies and procedures
Oversight and guidance for facilities
Prepare reports related to internal investigations of losses, violations of regulations, policies and procedures
Implement compliance related training
Maintain relationships with relevant commissions and trade associations
Conduct regular internal compliance audits and prepare external audits
Investigate compliance concerns
Serve as liaison with public law enforcement and regulatory agencies
Handle on-site inspections
Responsible for license renewals

Requirements:

3+ years of regulatory compliance experience required
Cannabis industry or Food and Drug experience is a major plus
Law degree or legal background is a plus
Knowledge of Nevada state and US federal laws
Professional certifications in compliance related fields are a plus
Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
