Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION:
Founded in 1951, Clark County Credit Union is the credit union for the local government and medical community. We take pride in serving these valuable members of our community — first responders, nurses, doctors, government leaders and many other dedicated and committed Clark County residents.

This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day marketing functions of the credit union. Assist in all marketing programs but especially public relations, AP style writing, blog posts, seminars and webinars, and other content creation. Community and member event coordination will also be part of this role, including representing the credit union at networking events and member appreciation events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Marketing Department in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.
Help develop, direct, and implement production and distribution of member announcements of product promotions, product updates, or new products and services through newsletters and special mailings.
Interact and communicate with all those impacted by promotions, new products, advertising campaigns, collateral material, etc., so that employees are up to date on credit union marketing.
Continually add to a vigorous and enriching creative team and environment, bolstering employee satisfaction and marketing campaign success.
Upload provided content and images to various platforms and systems and manage promotion schedules.
Assist with educational events and content targeting youth and adults.
Assist with event planning and vendor management.
Maintain monthly membership reports — member growth, social media engagement, campaign results.
Represents the credit union and its mission through involvement on community boards, agencies, non-profit committees, etc.

Marketing Team Mission

Acquire new well-qualified members in Clark County through our Select Employer Groups (SEGs), the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and the KNPR membership base.
Retain and develop our existing members and help our members realize their financial goals and dreams through financial education.
Communicate our story and our members’ stories to the community.
Provide quality new business leads to the sales groups.
Make the world a better place, one member at a time.
