The central duty is to assist the assigned Project Manager and team

The secondary duty is to review and execute expiring sales literature tasks by working with product development, compliance, marketing and agency associates

Where assigned, directly manage marketing projects end to end and ensure timely execution of all deliverables

Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, best practices and Voya standards

Prepare, test, and send email marketing campaigns and report out success metrics to business partners

Communicate with internal partners in a clear, concise and professional manner

Understand business objectives and design content

Facilitate and troubleshoot any problems associated with the project and proactively communicate resolution

Proactively look for opportunities to improve the consumer experience through the lens of business needs
